For Ahmad Tea Limited, we embarked on a journey of environmental stewardship and operational efficiency. Our endeavours included:

• • Calculating their carbon footprint and crafting a strategic roadmap towards Net-Zero, aligning with global sustainability goals. 
  • Conducting a thorough technical audit of energy and water usage. This comprehensive evaluation spanned across various facets of their operations, including HVAC systems, building façades, and packaging process lines. Our team also delved into warehouse efficiency, conducted a gap analysis for their solar power plant, and performed detailed flue gas and power analyses. 
  • Throughout this process, we identified 8 potential sustainability solutions, which are expected to yield significant benefits.
