Seyed holds a PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Surrey, UK (2014). He then served for seven years as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Water Systems (CWS), University of Exeter—a globally recognised research group in water and environmental engineering. He currently holds the title of Honorary Associate Professor in the Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy at the University of Exeter, a role renewed and upgraded in March 2025 in recognition of his continued contributions to academia and research. Seyed’s extensive network across civil and environmental engineering and urban management is a key asset to CAESL’s collaborative approach. His bold qualities—resilience, passion, and flexibility—are reflected in his belief that challenges are not setbacks but opportunities for future success.

He has numerous proven footprints in defining and implementing small and mega manufacturing and turn-key projects in the fields of energy, oil and gas, flare recovery, auto industry, clean development mechanism and etc. His broad networks and experience at national and international levels in leading and promoting all sectors of a business to make a dynamic and progressive organisation is a valuable asset of CAESL. A highly respected business developer and successful entrepreneur, Nasser serves as our Non-Executive Director and Business Advisor. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Microlink PC (UK) Ltd, founded in 1992. Nasser completed his PhD in Electronics & Computer Science at the University of Southampton in 1991. He was awarded an OBE in 2011 for his significant contributions to the field of disability. In addition, he is the recipient of multiple awards, including IoD Director of the Year in 2009 and 2020, and numerous lifetime achievement honours for his work with disabled communities. With over 30 years of experience, Nasser has supported several companies in delivering cutting-edge technologies and innovative services, impacting the lives of hundreds of thousands by removing barriers to education and employment. His deep commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities, alongside his expertise in business and technology development, make him an invaluable asset to CAESL.

With expertise in Business Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Risk Management, and Analytical Skills, Mike has played pivotal roles in high-profile positions, including Finance Director at Microlink PC (UK) Ltd and Finance & Commercial Director at Cubic Defence UK Ltd. He was instrumental in successful acquisitions and joint ventures, securing major financing, and implementing advanced financial control systems across multinational operations. With a deep commitment to driving business success through strategic financial planning, Mike is an invaluable asset to CAESL.
